Consultations are charged at 250 euros when they concern:
- requests for an appointment with a senior lawyer (Me HALABI)
- requests for an appointment for family law cases
- requests for an appointment for economic immigration cases (single permit, professional card, annuitant visa, change of status, student residence or visa…)
Other immigration law consultations with Me PALSTERMAN or Me BOUFARES are charged at 125 euros.
The amount of the consultation will be deducted from the fees of the procedure, in case of payment of the first advance on the opening of the file within 48 hours following your interview.
The consultations are payable:
– for consultations at the office, on the day of your appointment.
– for remote consultations, on our bank account.
In this latter case, the instructions will be sent to you in the confirmation email that you will receive after sending us the completed form (see below)

This consultation includes:
• The preparation of the interview by one of your lawyers
• Consultation with a specialised lawyer to deal with each individual case
• Sending an e-mail summarising the recommended procedure, as well as an explanatory sheet, if applicable, when a procedure is possible
If you decide to open a file with our lawyer, this amount will be deducted from the first provision for opening a file (i.e. 750 euros incl. VAT) if this provision is paid within a maximum of 48 hours following the first interview.
In order to make an appointment and prepare for the interview, we kindly ask you to provide us with additional information by answering the questionnaire.
